General Manager – Digital Telco Brand (MENA)

About the role

Circles is seeking a visionary, execution‑focused General Manager to launch and grow a new digital telco brand across the MENA region. You will own the P&L and be responsible for customer acquisition, digital experience, commercial performance, and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy, from pre‑launch planning to commercial scaling.
• Define and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies to achieve rapid, sustainable growth.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams across commercial, marketing, product, customer service, experience, and operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking with full P&L accountability.
• Develop and manage relationships with external partners (MNOs, technology providers, agencies, regulatory bodies) and internal stakeholders.
