Global People & Development Specialist – X Build, EMEA

About the role

The Global People & Development Specialist will support BCG X teams across EMEA by enhancing the employee experience and driving career development initiatives. You will partner closely with regional talent and people teams to ensure smooth execution of talent review processes and accurate data management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation with the regional CD team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee data in Workday, case information, staffing details, and case reviews.
• Create and update regular reports on headcount activity, reduced capacity, leave of absence, mobility, attrition, and other program metrics.
• Support regional points of contact for L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting.
• Contribute to people‑focused projects and initiatives that drive culture, engagement, and development.
• Collaborate with the Regional P&D team on a wide range of initiatives to improve employee experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably within a people function.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High self‑motivation, resourcefulness, and ability to take initiative.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for building positive employee culture.
