Global Stock Coordinator

About the role

Evernex is looking for a Global Stock Coordinator to join its worldwide stock management team. You will ensure accurate inventory tracking, support monthly financial closing, and help maintain operational continuity across all global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock IN/OUT transactions and verify data accuracy across all sites.
• Analyze discrepancies, process stock adjustments in SAP, and manage service order closures.
• Support monthly financial closing with precise administrative follow‑up.
• Assist with repatriation activities, inventory reconciliation, and regular data checks using Excel.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and technical teams to guarantee stock accuracy.
• Handle routine administrative tasks related to stock management with consistency and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Strong rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and analyse large data volumes accurately.
• Comfortable with repetitive operational and administrative tasks.
• Experience in stock management, supply chain, or administration is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with SAP ByDesign or other ERP systems.
