Growth Associate – Marketplace SEO & AI

About the role

MarketLeap is seeking a Growth Associate to support Brand Managers in scaling D2C brands across global marketplaces. The role blends marketplace SEO, AI‑driven content creation, analytics, and e‑commerce operations to boost product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch, and continuously optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Bol.com, Otto, Kaufland, Allegro and other marketplaces.
• Conduct keyword research using marketplace tools and AI, identify ranking opportunities, and improve organic visibility.
• Generate and refine product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and marketplace creatives with AI tools.
• Audit product detail pages, recommend enhancements for images, infographics, videos, and A+ content to increase conversion rates.
• Support expansion initiatives by localizing and optimizing listings for new marketplaces.
• Monitor growth metrics, track ranking performance, and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Collaborative mindset to work closely with Brand Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical orientation for interpreting performance data.
