Guest Relations Officer (Shipboard)

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join our shipboard hospitality team in Morocco. The role involves delivering high‑quality, personalized service to both guests and crew while maintaining safety and professionalism throughout the vessel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a constant presence of professionalism and emergency preparedness within stateroom services.
• Assist with resolving elevator and ADA alarms and act as the brand voice for external guest calls.
• Respond to escalated guest concerns with empathy, professionalism and a solution‑focused approach.
• Collect and analyse metrics such as guest counts, call volume and call content to improve service delivery.
• Communicate inventory, program access and maintenance requirements, taking stewardship of work areas and tools.
• Lead by example, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness and respectful treatment of all guests and crew.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience as a Front Desk or Receptionist in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Shipboard guest services experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English with clear, courteous communication.
• Conversational proficiency in one or more of Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German.
