Hardware Engineer – Design & Verification

About the role

The Hardware Engineer will join the engineering team in Rabat to design and verify hardware schematics for automotive or industrial products. Reporting to the Hardware Engineering Manager, you will work with cross‑functional and international teams to ensure that hardware solutions meet technical, safety, and cybersecurity requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, define, implement, document and verify hardware requirements.
• Create low‑level hardware designs and accurate schematics, releasing technical documentation.
• Select electronic components in line with quality, technical and preferred‑supplier criteria.
• Manage change requests, perform impact analysis and maintain supporting documentation.
• Apply functional safety procedures (ISO 26262) and contribute to FMEDA, FTA, DFMEA analyses.
• Implement cybersecurity measures as defined by the organization.
• Plan and execute product validation activities, write test specifications and conduct environmental, electrical and connector tests.
• Perform failure analysis, root‑cause investigations and prepare validation reports.
• Collaborate with international development teams and multiple project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in hardware design and verification for complex systems.
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity practices.
