Head of Process

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a senior leader to head its Process function. The role will drive the design, governance and continuous improvement of business processes across the OINIS organization, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of process governance frameworks to guarantee consistency and compliance.
• Define and standardize process methodologies that promote efficiency and best practices.
• Oversee the design, documentation and digitalisation of business processes, integrating automation from the start.
• Conduct impact studies on projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate all operational activities related to process roll‑out, including tool implementation, IT integration and end‑to‑end digitalisation.
• Collaborate closely with OINIS directions and process owners for seamless integration of processes and projects.
• Provide strategic insights based on audit findings and support new business initiatives from a compliance perspective.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Process and Audit team, managing resources, budget and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process governance, methodology definition and process management.
• Strong background in project integration, impact analysis and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross‑functional teams.
• Experience conducting internal audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
