HSE Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HSE Officer to join our site in Zgounder, southern Morocco. The role is pivotal in fostering a strong health, safety and environmental culture while ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site‑specific Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections and workplace audits.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor hazardous material handling and storage practices.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and awareness training sessions.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Maintain HSE records, reports and compliance documentation.
• Promote continuous‑improvement initiatives and a positive safety culture.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of HSE experience in industrial, operational or laboratory settings.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation processes.
• Familiarity with occupational safety standards for high‑risk environments.
• Excellent communication, reporting and training abilities.
