IBP Manager – Integrated Business Planning

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey in Casablanca as an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager. You will lead the IBP process across Maghreb markets, aligning commercial, finance, marketing and business planning functions to drive financial optimization, risk management and balanced demand‑supply execution.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with cross‑functional teams to achieve integrated plans.
• Serve as the single point of contact for supply and demand decisions, supporting Market Management.
• Translate long‑term market strategy into operational actions and strategic decisions.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives that support PMI’s market, operations or supply‑chain strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development, Marketing and other departments to ensure IBP effectiveness.
• Support budget and target‑setting processes through robust IBP practices.
• Manage, motivate and evaluate the Market IBP team to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies and EHS standards.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field (post‑graduate diploma a plus).
• 8‑10 years of experience in FMCG or Electronics, with exposure to supply chain, sales strategy, business planning or finance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of finance principles, profit & loss, cash flow and budgeting cycles.

• Predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Driver‑based planning, top‑down and bottom‑up forecasting.
