Industry 4.0 Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Industry 4.0 Data Engineer to join our R&D centre in Rabat. In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build and maintain data pipelines that feed business intelligence and analytics across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines that integrate data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Ensure pipeline reliability, performance and security, handling schema evolution and deprecation.
• Create and manage well‑structured, searchable datasets, supporting metadata management and semantic modelling.
• Maintain data quality, lineage and observability to guarantee trustworthy data for decision‑making.
• Apply data security, access control and compliance standards, including classification and handling of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with SMEs, analysts and business users to gather requirements and support data governance.
• Document data products and provide day‑to‑day support for users.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in data engineering, data platform development or ETL pipeline construction.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with distributed processing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
