Ingénieur de Production (F/H)

About the role

The Production Engineer (Level 2) is responsible for the daily operation of critical applications, ensuring stability, handling incidents, and supporting recurring tasks. The role works closely with support, infrastructure and development teams to maintain a reliable production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily production activities, monitor systems and manage incidents and service requests.
• Perform recurring operational tasks and supervise application health.
• Collaborate with support, infra and dev teams for problem resolution and change implementation.
• Manage virtualization (VMware) and container platforms (Docker, optional Kubernetes).
• Administer databases (MariaDB) and application servers (Jonas, Tomcat) in Java environments.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, Helm) and SSL certificates (acme‑certbot).
• Monitor performance with Prometheus/Grafana and handle process change management.
• Optional tasks: S3 storage handling, HashiCorp Vault administration, Python scripting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in production, exploitation or technical support.
• Comfortable with run‑time tools and able to work autonomously on standard operations.
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication and a service‑oriented mindset.
