Catalog Operations Intern Q-Commerce

About the role

Join Glovo’s Q‑Commerce team as a Catalog Operations Intern and support the data that powers our grocery and retail catalog. You will work with large datasets, improve category structures and help the category management team keep product information accurate and up‑to‑date. This is a hands‑on opportunity to develop operational and analytical skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enrich and maintain product information by populating and updating Excel/CSV files.
• Collect, organize and upload product images, specifications and descriptions into internal systems.
• Improve and optimise category trees for groceries and retail stores across the country.
• Identify and implement new processes that increase operational efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative team player who can thrive in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic thinker able to break down complex problems and design effective solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using Google Workspace tools.
• Competence in handling Excel/CSV data.
