Ingénieur Infrastructure Core (H/F)

About the role

AFD.Tech is strengthening its Infrastructure team in Rabat. The Core Infrastructure Engineer will ensure the operational stability of critical production environments and contribute to evolution projects across systems, virtualization, storage, backup and Citrix technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux (RHEL, Rocky) and Windows Server environments, including deployment, patching and upgrades.
• Perform provisioning, de‑commissioning and incident resolution for servers, storage, network and applications.
• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter clusters, as well as Nutanix AHV/Prism environments.
• Administer NetApp SAN/NAS storage, handling volumes, NFS/CIFS shares, snapshots and replication.
• Operate backup and cyber‑recovery platforms, monitor jobs, execute restores and define retention policies.
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible, Bash, Python and PowerCLI.
• Document technical procedures and support Level‑3 expert queries.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Proven background in virtualization (VMware, Nutanix) and storage management.
• Familiarity with backup, disaster‑recovery and cyber‑resilience concepts.
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts.
