About the role

The Société Générale des Travaux du Maroc (SGTM) is seeking a senior Engineer to lead the execution of its landmark civil engineering projects. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be the operational backbone ensuring high‑quality delivery of structural works.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical, human, and logistical aspects of construction works from structural works to finishing.
• Ensure strict adherence to contractual commitments regarding quality, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and motivate site teams (site managers, construction supervisors) and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Supervise compliance with construction standards and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies.
• Provide accurate technical and financial reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• State‑engineer degree in Civil Engineering from EMI or EHTP.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in construction project management within a large contractor.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large‑scale projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact with owners, designers, and other stakeholders.
