Inspector IV

About the role

TE is seeking an Inspector IV to ensure that materials, processes and products meet regulatory and quality standards. You will work across multiple departments and with external suppliers to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and evaluate material suppliers.
• Oversee and conduct quality audits for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with departments to address quality issues and review non‑conformances.
• Develop systems and tools that prevent recurrence of quality problems.
• Perform quality analysis, identify systemic issues, and lead root‑cause investigations.
• Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Supervise product inspections and recommend process improvements to enhance quality control.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in quality inspection, auditing or compliance.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
