Intelligent Automation Developer - UiPath

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking an Intelligent Automation Developer specialized in UiPath to join its dynamic sales team. You will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes and support the company’s cloud‑first strategy across EMEA and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop UiPath automation workflows that meet business and application requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to create, modify, test, and implement automation solutions following standard design principles.
• Gather requirements, propose optimal automation approaches, and build proof‑of‑concepts to demonstrate feasibility.
• Prepare and maintain process design documentation, keystroke records, and operational workflow artifacts.
• Own end‑to‑end solution delivery, including workflow logic, authentication, error handling, logging, and performance tuning.
• Create and manage reusable assets based on common business process patterns.
• Provide production support for deployed automations and enforce RPA best practices.
• Communicate status, risks, and ensure timely delivery of committed developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing automation workflows using UiPath.
• Hands‑on experience with UiPath Orchestrator and production support environments.
• Advanced conversational English skills.
• Optional: UiPath Developer Certification.
