Junior AI Implementation Specialist

About the role

JHC Consulting is seeking a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to support a regional financial services group in evaluating AI integration within governance and operational frameworks. The position is fully remote and focuses on analytical research, documentation, and strategic assessment rather than model development.

Key responsibilities

• Review client processes, technical infrastructure, and regulatory constraints to identify AI use‑cases.
• Analyze proposed AI deployments for feasibility, risk, and compliance.
• Draft clear, concise memoranda that weigh costs against efficiency gains.
• Revise all client‑facing documents to ensure factual accuracy and logical rigor.
• Provide evidence‑based dissenting viewpoints when internal narratives are flawed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field that emphasizes analytical writing (e.g., humanities, social sciences, business).
• Strong intellectual maturity and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfort questioning established narratives and presenting evidence‑backed arguments.

Required skills

• Fundamental understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with large language model capabilities and limitations in regulated environments.
