Junior Due Diligence & Analysis Specialist (KYC)

About the role

Join Paysera’s fast‑growing fintech team as a Junior Due Diligence & Analysis Specialist. You will support the KYC (Know‑Your‑Customer) function, ensuring that new and existing client information meets regulatory standards while gaining hands‑on experience in an AI‑enhanced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform continuous verification of client identity documents and KYC questionnaires.
• Conduct full client information reviews and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with clients in writing to request or clarify documentation.
• Implement and monitor international sanctions and restrictive measures.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to resolve compliance queries.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline routine tasks and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in rotating shifts.
• Higher education in law, economics or finance.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT.
