Junior Due Diligence & Analysis Specialist (Late shift)

About the role

Join Paysera, an EU‑licensed e‑money institution, as a Junior Due Diligence & Analysis Specialist on the late shift. You will support the KYC process for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with international sanctions and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously assure new and existing client identification (KYC) processes.
• Verify clients’ personal documents and complete KYC questionnaires.
• Conduct full client information reviews.
• Communicate with clients in writing.
• Implement and monitor international sanctions and restrictive measures.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments.
• Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Quick and effective learning ability.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Higher education in law, economics, or finance.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
