About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Junior Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help turn ideas into engaging content, grow our online audience, and support overall business growth. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple digital channels while monitoring performance and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, curate, and publish posts, graphics, short‑form videos, and captions.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Track and analyze performance using analytics tools, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support planning and execution of digital campaigns, promotions, and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and internal teams to deliver marketing materials on time.
• Assist with email marketing, website content, SEO, paid advertising, and audience engagement.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage social media accounts and develop content strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
