Lead Development Associate (Italian Speaker)

About the role

ARROW is seeking a results‑driven Lead Development Associate to accelerate pipeline growth by converting Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads within the IT solutions space. The role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring high‑quality engagement and effective qualification of prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound MQLs via calls, emails, and social outreach to assess interest and buying intent.
• Qualify leads using BANT criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and convert them into SQLs for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and targeting.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Nurture leads through early sales funnel stages to build a consistent pipeline.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, and activity levels.
• Stay informed on IT products, solutions, and market trends to effectively position offerings.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven track record of converting MQLs into SQLs or generating qualified pipeline.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles for IT solutions or services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
