Legal Advisor (Tourism Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and business‑oriented Legal Advisor to support the legal and compliance needs of our tourism destination operations in Morocco. The role requires a strong grasp of corporate, commercial, labor and tourism law within the Moroccan context.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on company operations and business activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan laws and tourism regulations.
• Support licensing, permits and governmental approvals.
• Handle labor‑law matters and employee legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal authorities and government entities.
• Review partnership agreements, supplier contracts and other commercial documents.
• Monitor legal risks and deliver preventive recommendations.
• Assist management in dispute resolution and legal procedures.
• Maintain proper legal documentation and compliance records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, labor or tourism‑related legal matters.
• Strong understanding of Moroccan laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and French; English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred.
