Loss Prevention Supervisor – Hotel Security

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees and assets at the Rabat Marriott Hotel. Reporting to hotel management, you will lead security operations, conduct inspections and respond to incidents promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all hotel zones, secure guest rooms and monitor access points.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard assessments and emergency‑response drills.
• Investigate incidents, interview witnesses and prepare detailed reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to restricted areas.
• Provide first aid or CPR and coordinate with EMS during emergencies.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and enforce alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Support management in training, coaching and motivating security staff.

Required profile

• Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical fitness to walk, run or jog as situations demand.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
