About the role

We are expanding a high‑end dining establishment in Casablanca and seek a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operational management of the restaurant.
• Lead, motivate and develop front‑of‑house teams to deliver flawless service.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and skill development of staff.
• Monitor performance indicators and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Optimize service organization and coordinate all operational areas.
• Handle complex situations with professionalism and quick response.

Required profile

• Degree or training in hospitality, restaurant management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience as a manager, floor supervisor or operations manager in the restaurant sector.
• Strong leadership, customer‑service orientation and organizational abilities.
• Fluent French; professional English is a plus.
