Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Hexcel is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its Casablanca site. You will support day‑to‑day production operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, high‑quality manufacturing of advanced lightweight composite materials.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to production to achieve safe, efficient, on‑time performance.
• Promote a proactive EHS culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop, implement and optimise processes, work instructions, tooling and production methods.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures for troubleshooting.
• Manage new product introductions and coordinate with global engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Review drawings and specifications to guarantee manufacturability and compliance.
• Maintain accurate ERP data such as BOMs, routings and process plans.
• Support cost‑reduction initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive or similar environments.
• Experience in process development, production support, continuous improvement and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international, cross‑functional setting.
