Manufacturing Team Leader III

About the role

As a Manufacturing Team Leader III you will oversee daily production operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that processes run efficiently and safely. You will work closely with zone leaders, HR, and EHS teams to maintain high performance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production challenges and monitor output against targets.
• Coordinate with support services for daily planning needs.
• Lead zone leaders on absenteeism replacement, discipline issues, and PO sequencing compliance.
• Develop polyvalence plans and autonomy for zone leaders across production lines.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions within the area.
• Participate in new standards application and Level‑2 quality issue analysis.
• Ensure EHS compliance, PPE usage, MSDS adherence and report anomalies.
• Maintain accurate production data updates in SAP following defined sequences.

Required profile

• BAC or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production management.
• Knowledge of wiring.
• Fluent in French and proficient in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with office automation tools and basic SAP usage.
• Experience with quality tools such as QRQC.

Required skills

• SAP (basic usage for production data entry).
• QRQC and other quality management tools.
• Office automation (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Technical knowledge of wiring systems.
