Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

Join the Sales & Marketing team at Mandarin Oriental Marrakech to help elevate the visibility and reputation of this prestigious luxury hospitality destination through strategic marketing and communications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update social media channels with engaging, brand‑aligned content.
• Create compelling digital content for newsletters, website updates and promotional materials.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and seasonal activations.
• Coordinate media visits, influencer collaborations and public‑relations opportunities.
• Maintain website content, monitor digital performance and prepare reports.
• Assist in the production of marketing collateral, photography and video, and support brand partnerships and local events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in marketing, communications, PR or digital marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality or premium brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using content‑creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of social‑media platforms and digital marketing metrics.
