Microsoft Dynamics ERP Functional Consultant

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. You will work directly with clients to understand their business processes and guide the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document client business requirements and processes.
• Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules to meet client‑specific needs.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear alignment.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption.
• Support system testing, validation and post‑implementation troubleshooting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Microsoft Dynamics ERP updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in functional consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Proven expertise in at least one ERP module (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
