Network & Security Engineer (Level 2)

About the role

The Network & Security Engineer (Level 2) is responsible for the administration, advanced troubleshooting, and change management of our network and security infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in Cisco technologies and a professional level of English.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot LAN, DC LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
• Manage Cisco ISE/NAC and firewall solutions.
• Provide support for F5 BIG‑IP and Infoblox DDI platforms.
• Handle Level‑1 escalations and participate in P1/P2 incident resolution.
• Prepare, execute, and roll back network changes according to defined plans.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, problem management, and coordinate with OEMs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in network and security engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• CCNP Enterprise recommended; Cisco Security/ISE, F5 or Infoblox certifications are a plus.
