Night Auditor (Receptionist)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join our 4‑star hotel in Agadir. Working the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while handling end‑of‑day financial procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout the night.
• Perform front‑desk operations, including check‑in, check‑out and reservation management.
• Execute daily financial closures and control cash handling.
• Prepare nightly reports and hand over critical information to the day team.
• Address guest requests and manage any emergencies that arise during the shift.

Required profile

• Hospitality training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of front‑desk experience, preferably night shifts.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software.
• Proficient in French and English.
• Professional appearance, autonomy, rigor and the ability to remain calm when working alone.
