About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join our 4‑star hotel in Agadir. Working the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while handling end‑of‑day financial procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the night.
- Perform front‑desk operations, including check‑in, check‑out and reservation management.
- Execute daily financial closures and control cash handling.
- Prepare nightly reports and hand over critical information to the day team.
- Address guest requests and manage any emergencies that arise during the shift.
Required profile
- Hospitality training or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of front‑desk experience, preferably night shifts.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Proficient in French and English.
- Professional appearance, autonomy, rigor and the ability to remain calm when working alone.
