Operations Development Associate (Rotation Program)

About the role

The Operations Development Associate rotation program offers early‑career professionals a fast‑track experience across TE Connectivity’s Operations and Engineering functions. In the first rotation you will work on real business challenges, using data‑driven methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to projects that enhance operational performance, quality, supply‑chain effectiveness and manufacturing excellence.
• Analyze business data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations.
• Support initiatives focused on safety, productivity, continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
• Participate in problem‑solving activities and help implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead or support efficiency and process‑improvement projects.
• Present recommendations, project outcomes and insights to operational and business leaders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering or a similar business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Interest in developing leadership capabilities within a global manufacturing organisation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, teams and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas and recommendations.
• Fluent English.
