Sales Administration Manager (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Administration Manager (W) to join our team. The Sales Administration Manager will be responsible for managing all sales‑related administrative processes while ensuring strong coordination between production, logistics, and other departments. The role is critical in guaranteeing accurate order execution, meeting delivery deadlines, and maintaining high customer satisfaction within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle (order entry, validation, production follow‑up, delivery, invoicing, etc.).
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure manufacturing capacity aligns with customer requirements.
• Monitor raw material availability and manage supply constraints.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements and product specifications.
• Manage export documentation and related administrative procedures.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Maintain and update ERP systems and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's to Master's degree in Business Management, Sales Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluent English and French.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
