Operations Manager – English‑Speaking Activity

About the role

Foundever is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead an English‑speaking activity. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting financial and operational KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams to exceed business objectives, including quality, financial, metric and employee satisfaction goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, induction and ongoing development of direct reports.
• Manage Coaches who supervise daily activities of new hires during induction training.
• Monitor and proactively manage absenteeism and attrition, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Track employee satisfaction trends and ensure continuous improvement actions are applied.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys, develop action plans and handle client escalations related to operational performance.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and work schedules using client information and scheduling tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management, Business Studies or related field.
• Minimum two years proven experience as an Operations Manager.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Availability to work 24/7 based on operational needs.
