Order Scheduler – Italian Speaking

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for an Order Scheduler who is fluent in Italian to support daily order releasing within the Master Production Plan. You will work closely with commercial and industrial teams to ensure smooth order flow for multiple carlines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily order releases while respecting commercial and industrial constraints.
• Handle order planning for individual carlines or clusters of carlines.
• Prepare for the transition to the new Order Scheduling System (OSS).
• Analyze pain points in order planning and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with commercial partners (country and central suppliers) and industrial resources.
• Provide change‑management support and technical assistance during new system deployments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in logistics or a related field.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role (internships accepted).
• Project‑management experience in the automotive industry, especially range‑modification planning.
• Strong understanding of automotive production processes.
• Fast learning ability for new vehicle ranges and client distribution systems.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with distribution systems such as eLIADE, BO, Recadenceur, Pleiade, Locen, and OSS.
