Outbound Flow Manager

About the role

The Outbound Flow Manager will lead vehicle logistics operations, ensuring the smooth movement of automobiles from production plants to delivery regions across road, rail and sea. You will coordinate with production teams, transport providers and control towers to guarantee timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle flows from manufacturing to delivery zones and track bookings with control towers and logistics partners.
• Align transport capacity (road, rail, sea) with production needs.
• Analyze production plans, prepare daily and weekly dashboards, and report logistics performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, control towers, logistics providers and the client Business Manager.
• Participate in regular meetings, report progress and manage issues throughout a multi‑year project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree +5 in industrial engineering or logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or automotive supply chain.
• Fluent English (B2); Italian is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and proactive mindset.
