Part-time Customer Support Consultant (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service leader that partners with tech companies worldwide. As a Part‑time Customer Support Consultant you will work remotely, providing chat and email assistance to customers while contributing to a multicultural, multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve issues efficiently, delivering accurate and detailed responses.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meet defined KPIs.
• Apply the latest customer‑happiness practices and stay updated on client solutions.
• Communicate with developers and cross‑functional specialists to address technical problems.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
• At least one year of experience in customer support.
• Experience with help‑desk software and remote support tools.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
