Physical Security Manager

About the role

AXA is looking for a strategic security professional to lead physical security across the entire organization. The Physical Security Manager will be responsible for protecting people, assets, and operations while shaping a strong security culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously update the Entity’s Physical Security Policy and Plans in line with Group guidelines.
• Lead daily physical security operations, coordinate on‑site security teams and conduct regular security assessments and audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and AXA security standards.
• Partner with HR, Crisis Management, Information Security and operational teams to deliver coordinated security solutions.
• Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement and security networks to stay informed of emerging threats.
• Design and implement a Travel Safety Plan, oversee employee travel security and manage event security assessments.
• Participate in the Health & Safety Committee, track and report physical security incidents, and support crisis management protocols.
• Prepare routine security reports for senior leadership and maintain audit trails.

Required profile

• Experienced security professional with a strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage crisis situations.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, including interaction with HR, legal, and external authorities.
• Excellent communication skills to raise security awareness across the organization.
