About the role

The Pool & Restaurant Hostess at Four Seasons Casablanca is the first and last point of contact for guests entering and leaving the restaurant. This front‑of‑house position is essential for creating a memorable first impression and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the host/hostess stand and working station each shift.
• Review the reservation book, make seating recommendations, and arrange the dining room layout.
• Maintain a station chart and cover count, balancing server workloads to meet Four Seasons service standards.
• Greet guests, manage waitlists, and coordinate seating with the floor team.
• Assist with special events and ensure smooth flow during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the local and international hospitality market.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Arabic, French and English.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to treating guests and colleagues with respect.

• Fluency in Arabic (speaking and writing).
