Process & Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Process & Manufacturing Engineer will lead the industrialization of new production lines, improve machine and labor efficiency, and ensure the transfer of industrial know‑how across the site. The role involves close collaboration with equipment suppliers, internal teams, and production technicians to deliver validated, high‑quality manufacturing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrialization of new P1 projects and manage equipment introduction using IPROM.
• Coordinate with suppliers for equipment and assembly line development, design small tools, and validate proposals.
• Define acceptance criteria, conduct pre‑acceptance and acceptance tests, and produce trial reports.
• Develop and execute process validation plans, participate in PFMEA and control plan creation.
• Monitor QCDM during mass production, propose improvements, and drive cycle‑time reduction.
• Update routing information in the information system with SPV validation.
• Support production technicians through training, analysis, and problem‑solving.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and 5S standards, and report any non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial equipment introduction and validation.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work with suppliers, lead workshops, and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and 5S procedures.
