Product Owner NaaS Component

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a dynamic Product Owner to shape and deliver a key component of its Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) suite. You will define product vision, drive execution with Agile teams, and align business needs with technical solutions in a complex, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap in line with business and client strategy.
• Identify user needs and translate them into valuable product features.
• Own, structure, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall NaaS program.
• Write clear user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Architects, QA Engineers, and Scrum Masters.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) within a SAFe‑scaled environment.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and product usage metrics to continuously improve the offering.
• Act as the primary interface between business and technical stakeholders, communicating progress and results.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 6 years as a Product Owner in complex IT/Telco environments.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑value products.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Product backlog management and user story creation.
• KPI definition and product performance analysis.
