Product & Project Coordinator – Fintech

About the role

Pay10 Morocco is building a regulated mobile‑wallet platform scheduled for launch in 2026. The Product team is looking for a Product & Project Coordinator to support the Head of Product, keeping day‑to‑day product and delivery activities on track.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise the product backlog in Jira, tracking ticket status, dependencies and delivery progress.
• Assist in drafting and refining user stories and acceptance criteria based on inputs from the Head of Product and stakeholders.
• Keep product documentation up to date, including specifications, Confluence pages, meeting minutes and status trackers.
• Support sprint preparation and ceremonies, and follow up on action items across local and offshore teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners, track deliverables, consolidate responses and flag open issues to the Head of Product.
• Help coordinate QA and go‑live activities, including UAT cycles and issue resolution.
• Compile market and regulatory research and prepare status reports to inform product decisions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a product, project or delivery‑support role (internship counts); fintech or payments experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence and comfortable working in Agile environments.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and proactive in follow‑up.
• Strong interest in fintech, payments and regulated digital products.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
