Product Specialist – Healthcare (Rabat)

About the role

As a Product Specialist for Aspen in Rabat, you will promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across a defined territory. You will build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other key stakeholders while delivering brand messaging and supporting sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily targeted calls to physicians and pharmacists to present Aspen products.
• Conduct AVAs, promotional activities and product demonstrations.
• Achieve the sales budget for the assigned territory.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and detailed activity records.
• Stay informed on the latest clinical data and discuss it with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Organise appointments, meetings and attend trade exhibitions, conferences and hospital tenders.
• Prepare reports, manage budgets and review sales performance.

Required profile

• Doctorate or multiple Master’s degrees in Pharmacy or a scientific field (optional).
• 0‑3 years experience as a Medical Representative, Key Account Manager or similar role.
• Strong market knowledge, problem‑solving ability and resilience to stress.
• Commitment to teamwork, innovation, integrity and excellence.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Working knowledge of CRM / Call Report tools.
