Product Support Manager – Oracle Health

About the role

As a global leader, Oracle Health is seeking a Product Support Manager to drive success within its International Support team. You will lead a team that ensures solution‑related service requests are investigated, incidents resolved, and applications maintained, contributing to a human‑centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the team responsible for service request investigation, incident resolution, and application maintenance.
• Ensure all support phases are properly tracked.
• Prioritize and schedule work resources.
• Meet quality standards, promote client satisfaction, and adhere to SLAs.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational and functional targets.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
• Participate in on‑call rotation when needed.
• Work onsite from the Agadir office five days a week.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or Life Sciences.
• At least 3 years of people or matrix management experience combined with customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct customer service experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
