Production Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Tangier. The role focuses on achieving production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational and strategic production activities.
• Plan and control production capacity to meet customer demand and plant objectives.
• Monitor, analyze and continuously improve key production KPIs.
• Manage the production budget and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, HR and Finance to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, safety and company standards.
• Support new product launches, ramp‑ups and organizational changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in automotive or similar manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable production management role.
• Proven track record managing large production organizations and leading supervisors or group leaders.
