Program Officer – Startup & Ecosystem Programs

About the role

Renew Capital, a pan‑Africa investment firm, is looking for a Program Officer to lead the execution of its startup and ecosystem programs. Based in Casablanca, you will ensure that program activities are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of startup program operations, including calendars, masterclasses, workshops, and cohort activities.
• Coordinate logistics and operational readiness for all program events.
• Support startup sourcing, application tracking, selection, onboarding, and mentor/coach coordination.
• Track program progress, maintain documentation, and fulfill compliance, audit, and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools, templates, and workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, startups, venture capital, or entrepreneurship support.
• Strong execution ability, capable of handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and documentation discipline.
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
