Project Manager for Early‑Stage Music Tech SaaS

About the role

We are looking for an execution‑driven Project Manager to join an early‑stage music technology startup building a catalog intelligence platform for rights owners. The role is fully remote and focuses on establishing project management systems, driving accountability, and ensuring timely delivery across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, optimise and maintain project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, ClickUp or Trello.
• Create a single source of truth for projects, workflows, timelines and deliverables.
• Run daily and weekly sprint cycles, track progress, and remove blockers.
• Conduct daily check‑ins, document action items from meetings and follow through.
• Identify risks early, flag bottlenecks and plan mitigation strategies.
• Report project status to stakeholders and align initiatives with the strategic plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager or Delivery Manager in a SaaS or early‑stage startup environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to build processes from scratch.
• Confident communicator who can hold team members accountable.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with ambiguity.
