Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Coordinator is the operational engine of Suitsupply’s quality function, ensuring day‑to‑day processes run smoothly across factories and inspectors. Reporting to the Senior QC Manager, you will work closely with the Buying team to keep inspections on schedule and orders moving on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule AQL inspections across assigned factories in line with the production calendar.
• Maintain a live inspection calendar, flagging conflicts, gaps or missed windows early.
• Prepare inspection briefs with correct tech packs, AQL levels and workmanship standards.
• Act as primary contact for factory‑embedded QC Inspectors on admin and reporting.
• Chase outstanding Final Inspection Reports and Pending Quality Issues, maintaining a submission tracker.
• Lead in‑office QC fittings and compile factory scorecard data for regular supplier performance reports.
• Gather store quality feedback, translate it into action plans and follow up with factories.
• Support new factory onboarding from a quality admin perspective and ensure alignment with sustainability and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or quality‑related role, preferably in fashion, garment manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable communicating in English and the local language.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with PLM systems (a plus).
