About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join the front‑desk team of a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Agadir. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records using the hotel’s computer systems.
Required profile
- Formal training in hospitality, tourism, management or a related field.
- Previous experience in reception at a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel is preferred.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong team spirit.
- Dynamic, organized, and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard computer tools and hotel management software.
