Recruitment & Training Manager / Supervisor

About the role

Speedaf is seeking a professional, pragmatic, and results‑oriented Recruitment & Training Manager/Supervisor to lead talent acquisition and learning & development for its growing team in Morocco. The role will initially focus heavily on recruitment and later evolve into a balanced mix of hiring and training responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment Management: develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with the annual workforce forecast, manage full‑cycle hiring, optimise and evaluate diverse channels (job boards, LinkedIn, headhunters, referrals, campus recruitment), maintain a talent database, and analyse metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.
• Training & Development Management: design and continuously improve the employee training system, conduct regular needs assessments, create annual/quarterly training plans and budgets, organise and deliver orientation, job‑specific and leadership programmes, manage internal and external training resources, and track programme effectiveness.
• Other Responsibilities: continuously improve recruitment and training policies, communicate company culture through HR activities, support talent reviews and succession planning, and perform additional HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience for a manager‑level position or at least 3 years for a supervisor‑level position.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and learning & development, preferably within a logistics or fast‑growing environment.
